I have used cleaning companies before what is different about this one?

Midland Cleaning Services is a privately owned company and not a franchise, therefore our reputation is purely built by ourselves in our area, and not by lots of other people trading in other areas. We are constantly in touch with both our clients and our staff and have a very hands on approach. Unlike franchises, we employ the cleaners directly and are fully responsible for all payroll and recruitment issues. All our staff attend regular training sessions and represent our company in a very professional manner.

Is Midland Cleaning Service insured?

Yes, we are and have Liability insurance up to $2 million. All of our cleaners are fully insured.

How often can I have my home or business cleaned?

Homes can be done weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or occasionally. Businesses can be done daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or occasionally. If this doesn’t work for you, call us and we will work something out!

If I book a cleaner once a week, can I have the same person?

Yes, we match our cleaners with our clients and will allocate one cleaner in most cases. If that cleaner is absent then we will replace her. We will also replace the cleaner if you are not happy with the service.

What are your hours of operation?

We are in the office Monday – Friday 9-12 but you can contact us anytime via phone or email, however our cleaners work morning, noon, evening and weekends.

How do I pay for services rendered?

Currently we accept checks. We are in the process of updating our billing system to allow online payments via Paypal and other alternative means of receiving payment. We do encourage that payments are not left at the home or business for the cleaner.

Do you provide the cleaning equipment?

We can if you wish, but most clients prefer to use their own products and equipment.

Will my cleaner arrive at the same time each clean?

If you book with our company, you state what time you would like the cleaner to arrive and we will do our best to fulfill that request.

I am unsure about what hours to book?

If you are unsure then we will be happy to come out to your property and talk through your needs; we can create a task list together making sure that you are getting the service you require, this task list can be reviewed at any time

What if I need to reschedule a cleaning day?

Simply call 24 hours ahead of time so we can find a better day and time for no charge. This allows of staff the ability to provide service for another family or business in place of your own.

What if I am on a tight budget?

No worries! We can work with most budgets by creating a schedule that cleans your whole home over a few weeks and can be tailored to your needs. No job is too big or too small for us. An example is:

What if I am elderly on a budget?

Compassion starts at home. In this case, home is our community and we strive to be conscious of those who may need our help. Our company aims to help the elderly in maintaining a clean and sanitary home by providing a discounted price to those in need of a house cleaner. This need is determined at the discretion of the company upon coming to the home and meeting with the person.

Can you clean my office?

Yes. We can come to your office, create a service list and provide a quote. At Midland Cleaning Services, we have all necessary commercial insurances in place. All of our staff are uniformed and professional. We can organize the cleaning during closed or open hours, whichever you prefer.

What if I want my laundry done?

We generally don’t do laundry due to privacy issues and the length of time it takes to complete the task of washing and drying a few loads.

What if I want to leave my cleaner a tip?

It is not necessary or expected to leave extra money for a tip. If you are pleased with your house cleaners services, please send us your feedback via email or a phone call. We have a feedback program within our company that recognizes our workers’ excellence monetarily.

What if I have a concern about the person cleaning my home or business?

Please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here for you and our number one goal is to make your life easier with a clean home or business. We will make every attempt to resolve your concern quickly.

What if I want something else done that’s not listed on your website?

All you have to do is call or email us. There are many other services we provide that are occasional such as window washing, wall washing, carpet cleaning, etc.
